Hassler Roma S.p.A. seeks to create a work environment that is healthy, balanced, and productive, where everyone can express their professional skills, abilities, and desire for professional growth to the best of their ability.
In this context, Hassler Roma S.p.A. asserts its rejection of any form of discrimination, in particular that based on: gender, citizenship, ethnic or social origin, genetic characteristics, language, religious, political or other opinions, economic status, disability, age, and sexual orientation.
Ensuring equal opportunities between men and women is, for Hassler Roma S.p.A., one of the key elements in implementing the principle of equality, with the aim of making this guarantee effective and standard practice.
Hassler Roma S.p.A. will focus on reducing prejudices that can negatively affect the advancement of women's role in the workplace, giving them access to the same professional opportunities. This also means ensuring the professional development of women by reducing any obstacles presently existing or occurring in the future, that diminish or prevent their access to positions of responsibility at any level.

Hassler Roma S.p.A. adopts a gender equality policy aimed at valuing and protecting diversity and ensuring equal opportunities in the workplace. To this end, we have implemented a management system to ensure continued compliance with regulatory requirements over time, implemented through specific KPIs that facilitate and verify the planned actions.
Hassler Roma S.p.A.’s policies on personnel management, career development, and communication are guided by a commitment to promoting gender equality, valuing diversity, and supporting the development of women’s potential. Hassler Roma implements policies to ensure equitable participation and female empowerment. To this end, the KPIs to be used will be those specified in Section 5 of the UNI/Pdr.

The Steering Committee was established to ensure the effective adoption and ongoing implementation of the gender equality policy, both in general and in specific contexts. Its members are: Veruschka B. Wirth – Chief Executive Officer, Roberto B. Wirth – Executive President, and Tiziana Iacobelli – Head of Personnel.
Hassler Roma S.p.A. also implements policies that ensure equal representation of both genders among the speakers on panels, at roundtables, events, conferences, or other types of gatherings and meetings.
