Our Ideal Candidate

You are a consummate professional with experience in similar roles. You are flexible, demonstrate elegance in your serving, and are a team player. An excellent command of the English language is necessary. Previous experience in luxury dining and Michelin-starred restaurants is considered a plus.

Employment contract: Full-time, fixed-term, or permanent.

Join our team and be part of a luxury hospitality experience at an exciting time for the Hassler Roma. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to support the hotel’s growth by developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our hotel in the luxury hospitality market.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and client acquisition strategies in line with the hotel’s commercial goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders, with a focus on European markets
  • Establish strong working relationships with Preferred Partner agencies (such as Virtuoso, FHR, etc.)
  • Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to identify growth and new business opportunities
  • Represent the hotel at relevant trade fairs and industry events, acting as a brand ambassador
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including through networking and attending relevant events
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Booking teams to maximize room revenue and overall commercial performance
  • Contribute innovative ideas and sales initiatives to support business development
  • Deliver sales operational tasks including contracting and site inspections
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market insights, and business opportunities
  • Maintain the client database in the relevant CRM platform

 

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sales role within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment
  • Brings a client database and experience working within key European markets, with a focus on Leisure
  • Strong passion for luxury hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • Has an excellent ability to communicate and inspire clients with our brand values and concept
  • Is fluent in English, though knowledge of other European languages (such as French, German, Spanish) is considered a plus
  • Can preferably comprehend Italian at an acceptable level to facilitate understanding in the work environment
  • Is highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Has strong interpersonal skills and a results-oriented mindset

Hassler Roma, a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in the center of Rome, is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator. The role of Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for organizing the hotel's maintenance services. This includes coordinating with the Maintenance Manager, hotel departments, and General Management.

The primary objective of the role is to maximize system efficiency, minimize problems, and ensure safety. Our Ideal Candidate You are a dynamic, proactive individual with proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software. You must also possess proven skills in routine maintenance, be able to plan preventative and corrective interventions, supervise internal technicians, and coordinate external suppliers. Flexibility and a willingness to work in a team are also required.

Employment contract: Full-time, fixed-term, or permanent.
Salary: Classification level VII, in accordance with the H018 National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Sector.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Has an excellent command of both Italian and English
  • Is very proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Preferably has previous experience in a supervisory role within a spa or luxury hotel
  • Has a demonstrable knowledge of spa operations, and knowledge of booking/reservation systems is considered an advantage

  • Contribute to achieving sales targets, enhancing guest satisfaction, and ensuring the smooth operation of all spa activities

  • Deliver spa and beauty treatments in accordance with the property's quality standards
  • Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are maintained in clean, hygienic, and sanitized conditions
  • Complete treatment records and related documentation accurately
  • Provide a personalized guest experience by anticipating guest needs and ensuring exceptional service
